My aunt (who has been cooking forever and quite possibly the best cook east of Mississippi-- *smiles*) gave me her cocunut pound cake recipe and she told me I had to use a tube pan--preferrably a two piece one. So I got to hunting one down and I am so glad I picked this one! The little feet were a little awkward for me, but I am sure that is just because I am not an experienced baker. The only other thing I would not is that make sure you put a cookie sheet or something under this pan when in the oven because it is a two-piece pan and there were probably five drops or so of batter that dripped out of the bottom. I really had my doubts how that thing was gonna hold up and not completely spill out in the oven--but it did great! The old fashioned pound cake turned out great!!! It cooked beautifully--and so smooth--it didn't stick at all! I am so glad I ordered this one and it worked great!! I will use again and again!

Works very well, completely as advertised. Rated highly on Cooks Country, they are NEVER wrong. Service was fast and highly efficient with Amazon. We ordered a slightly damaged pan, which was indicated as packaging damage, thought how bad could the pan itself be....once again it was just as described, the box was slightly damaged and the pan was perfect. Quite happy with all aspects of this purchase, you will do well to buy this pan over all others available.

First of all I am not a baker! It's amazing any of my attempts come out worth eating, but I feel like a professional when I use this pan. I have been making an old fashioned pound cake recipe that called for a very large pan and had looked everywhere locally. Finally, I turned to online and found this wonderful 2-piece angel food cake pan. I'm so glad I make the purchase - my cake slips right out and cleanup is a breeze! Thanks. Debbie

Three orange sponge cakes attempted, three orange sponge cakes ripped, crumpled, and generally ugly-looking. I will not use this pan again... I have been baking orange sponge cakes since my wife and I got together (it's her favorite cake) = 28-years of experience = (probably) >200-cakes. I have never had a failure with my old cheap aluminum tube pan (which I got rid of because cutting the cake out of the pan resulted in aluminum shavings in the sides of the cake, and ingesting aluminum isn't exactly recommended). I also never had a failure using Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-Inch Round Nonstick Angel Food Cake Pan, but I went to this one because it's two-part (like my old aluminum pan) so easier (in theory) to get the bottom of the cake out.

I cannot rate this pan yet but, unfortunately I am already disappointed. It said it was 10.5 x 10.5 and it is an inch smaller. I was really really needing the larger size so right now I am disappointed hope it bakes better than the size it was advertized as.

This two-piece tube pan with removable bottom is perfect for angel food cakes, pound cakes, struesel cakes, breads, and frozen desserts. The attached feet raise the pan when it is inverted so as to improve air circulation...

I bought this pan to start making angel food cakes, but decided to try making a sunshine cake in it first (a few less eggs wasted in case of a disaster). The cake rose and browned very evenly, and it was the perfect texture. I inverted the pan when cooling the cake as the recipe directed. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience of the cake "almost falling out of the pan". The cake did not want to want to budge. I had a very, very difficult time removing the cake and it was not very pretty to look at in the end. Next time, I guess I will have to try parchment paper at the bottom of the pan.

This pan worked alright for me. I was expecting it to be a little deeper. Arrived quickly.

It was a gift for my mom who absolutely love Calphalon. It may be a little more than other brands, but the quality is worth the price. Highly recommended!

I Purchased two of these pans and they are the best cake pans I've ever used. I bake a lot of pound cakes and I don't have to worry about cake batter leaking out of the bottom of the pan or spilling over the top of the pan. Cakes don't stick to the pan and always come out perfect. It is also easy to clean. I recommend this pan to anyone who bakes angel food or pound cakes.

I have had trouble getting orange sponge cakes to release on the bottom. They cook perfectly, taste good, but I finally had to grease around the tube-base and around the outer edge of the bottom (definitely doesn't work if your grease the entire bottom... the cake collapses). I tried switching to Chicago Metallic Professional 2-Piece Angel Food Cake Pan with Feet thinking that I could cut the bottom out after separating the tube/bottom from the sides... but that pan definitely doesn't work, IMHO.

This is a great pan, The non stick always burn this one is a traditional pan that cooks great.

MY CHERISHED ANGEL FOOD PAN I HAD FOR MANY YEARS WAS LOST WHEN I MOVED. THANK YOU FOR TRUTH IN ADVERTISING AND HAVING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED - IT WAS PRICED RIGHT AND DELIVERED IN A TIMELY FASHION.

I am a fan of the Wilton Cake Products, but, this Angel Food cake Pan deceived me. I was looking for the one piece pan and this does not show that it is a two piece pan. I suppose the secret information is in the name of the pan. I needed a 10" x 4" Tube pan for a large pound cake. I do not like the two part pans for this type cake. However, I kept the pans, due to the issue of return shipping and re-imbursement. Thanks for your products and availability--just know that I am not a fan of ordering anything from a picture--it is too easy to overlook important issues like one piece pan vs a two piece pan.RDM

This has to be the worse product I have ever purchased from your company. Most of the time I am more than pleased with what I buy at amazon.com. However this is a first, and I am extremely dissatisfied. I needed a 10" pan for fruit cake, and as I had purchased Wilton with success before I did not think twice about putting out for this pan. But as soon as I opened the box and saw the product I sensed I had made a mistake. It was inferior especially to my Chicago Metallic tube pan to any of my baking pans. It was too light weight, and poorly crafted. I went ahead with the cake any way, and boy was that a mistake. The cake browned way before it was done, and within 40 minutes and the baking time was to be 2 hours it showed signs of cracking. And to make matters worse it was hard as a rock. I thought Wilton was a top notch product. Now I know better. One mishap will not prevent me from shopping Amazon, but I will think again before spending money that I do not have on this brand. Thanks for previous great service, but this time you flopped. Perhaps I'll use it for a door stop!

As a previous reviewer stated, the tape and labels they use will not come off the pan. I have tried (as a commenter suggested) olive oil, canola oil, soap&water, lacquer thinner - no joy! The darned label/tape glue is still on the pan!!! What a load!
