I bought it as a Christmas present for my mom thinking that it was 1 book. There are some great ideas in it but it was not worth the money I paid. While browsing on Amazon.com, I found the Wilton method of cake decorating books. I ordered the Course 3 book and it inspired me to sign up for classes. I have found a new hobby. I love ordering on Amazon.com. It is so easy and the merchandise is in your possession before you have time to wonder where your order is. Book was as described! Fast Shipment! Great to do business with! Thank You! the book is ok on its own but really is meant to be used in a class. This is a great how to book for self teaching some more advanced types of cakes. I loved it.
